Dr. Armin Schuler (Spokesman)
Dr. Armin Schuler, who holds a degree in business administration and was born in 1961, joined BWK in late 2008 as spokesman of the board of managing directors. His first job after completing his business studies degree was as a management consultant. During the early 90s, he moved into private equity business and spent the next several years transacting a wide range of growth and succession finance projects.
Before taking over the helm of another respected German private equity company targeting medium-sized enterprises, he held top-level positions in the services and automotive supply sectors.

Dr. Jochen Wolf
Dr. Jochen Wolf (Dipl.-Kfm.), was born in 1961 and has been a managing director with BWK since 2002. Previously, he held a lecturing post at the University of Frankfurt am Main, where he was awarded a PhD. He went on to work for several years for a large international business consultancy firm and since 1994 has occupied management positions in industry and services as EVP Controlling, Managing Director and Executive Board Member (CFO)

Rainer Miller
Rainer Miller, who was born in 1964, holds a degree in economics and worked for BWK previously as an investment manager from 1995 to 1999. In 2008 he returned to BWK as a member of the management board. In the interim, he spent five years working in equity, restructuring and technology financing and held senior management posts (CFO and CEO) for two years with an equipment manufacturer. He has many years' experience in the capital markets business and also served as customer relationship manager for a large regional bank.

Marc Schrade
Marc Schrade was born in 1969 and holds a degree in economics. He joined BWK in 2001 as an investment manager and became a member of the board in 2007. He previously spent three years with a major auditing firm.
